Spec ownership
We mould to a defined construction: resin grade, weight, neck finish, UN performance intent, and decoration. Lots are traceable back through mixing and machine settings.
Packaging Master exists because empty containers are never “just packaging” when they hold your product, your liability, and your customer’s trust.
Our founder, Jatin Madan, spent years leading production at the family chemicals company Amar Industries, founded in 1998. That plant depended on plastic containers every day — and the gap between what the market offered and what a filler actually needed was obvious.
Packaging Master launched in 2006 to close that gap: HDPE blow-moulded barrels, open-top containers, rocket jars, jerrycans, pails, bottles, and matched accessories, produced under a quality system rather than assembled from mixed sources.
Today we bring that same manufacturing culture to USA clients who need industrial packaging they can specify, test, and reorder with confidence.

High-precision blow moulding, automated batch mixing, and specialized plastic processing equipment — not job-shop improvisation on commodity tools.
US programs fail on lead time, freight, and change control as often as on the drum itself. We quote like a manufacturer: capacity, tooling reality, and a test plan.
Packaging Master is the result of more than two decades in plastic blow moulding. Jatin Madan brings over 27 years of hands-on plant, packaging, and commercial experience to every program.
He leads Business Operations and Finance. That work is defined by discipline: qualifying vendors, building growth partnerships, and running the company so US buyers get a manufacturer they can hold to a spec — not a trading desk.
His plant agenda is practical: newer blow-moulding technology, infrastructure upgrades, and a quality system that can be quoted into a US program. Those are not side projects; they are how the company stays able to ship consistent lots.
He previously led production at the family chemicals company Amar Industries, founded in 1998. Daily dependence on plastic containers made the market gap obvious and led to Packaging Master in 2006. What began as an in-house need is now a focused line for chemicals, pharma, FMCG, lubricants, and food ingredients.
